To unlock files. Exe,. Mdb,. Bat, etc ... that are attached to messages from Microsoft Outlook (XP/2003) do the following:
- Add a string value to the key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ 10.0 \ Outlook \ Security].
- Name the new value to Level1Remove.
- Add the extensions you want to be unlocked by OutLook separated by, (comma), eg: exe, bat, mdb
